TAMDA PROMO 2026 COMPETITION RULES

I. General Information about the Tamda Promo 2026 Program

1. Definitions and Program Duration

DEFINITIONS:

In these rules, the following terms have the following meanings:

1. Tamda: is an abbreviation for the Tamda Group, which consists of 3 companies: Tamda Foods s.r.o., Tamda Brno s.r.o., and Tamda Ústí s.r.o., participating in the Tamda Promo 2026 program.
2. Tamda Express: the online ordering system of the Tamda network.
3. Tamda Supermarkets: include
   • Supermarket in Prague (at TTTM Sapa, Libušská 319/126, 142 00 Prague-Libuš),
   • Supermarket in Brno (at Olomoucká 1193/61A, 627 00 Brno-Černovice),
   • Supermarket in Ústí nad Labem (at Havířská 352/17, 400 10 Ústí nad Labem-město).
4. Tamda Promo 2026 Coupon: is a coupon given to purchasing customers according to the established rules during the TAMDA PROMO 2026 program. It consists of two separable parts:
   • "Drawing Section" – green color (abbreviated as Drawing Ticket) – dropped into the weekly box.
   • "Customer Section" – red color (abbreviated as Control Ticket) – the customer keeps it for prize verification purposes.
5. Weekly box: a designated place for dropping Drawing Tickets during the individual weeks of the Tamda Promo 2026 program.
6. Main (finale) box: the place where the 100 lucky tickets advancing to the Gala Evening are stored.

TIME SCHEDULE:

• Online orders via the Tamda Express (TDE) service – www.tamdaexpress.eu: start on 21.03.2026 and end on 29.05.2026.
• Purchases in Tamda supermarkets: start on 23.03.2026 and end on 31.05.2026.
• Drawing of the 3 main prizes: will take place during the finale evening – Gala Evening, which will be held on Friday, 19.06.2026 at the Đông Đô restaurant (TTTM SAPA – Libušská 319/126, 142 00 Prague 4 – Písnice).

2. Competition Participants

• The program is open to customers with a place of business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia who have a registered customer account in the Tamda supermarket network or the Tamda Express online ordering service.
• The registered customer account must include full details, specifically valid IČO and DIČ.

3. Prizes

The total value of prizes in the Tamda Promo 2026 program includes:

Main Prizes: 3 Mercedes Cars

• Mercedes-Benz GLB Progressive 200d – black color
• Mercedes-Benz GLB Progressive 200d – blue color
• Mercedes-Benz GLB Progressive 200d – red color

Weekly Prizes (for 10 weeks)

• 1× First Prize: Shopping voucher worth 25,000 CZK (paid as 5 vouchers of 5,000 CZK)
• 2× Second Prize: Shopping voucher worth 10,000 CZK (paid as 2 vouchers of 5,000 CZK)
• 3× Third Prize: Shopping voucher worth 5,000 CZK (paid as 1 voucher of 5,000 CZK)
• 10× Lucky Prize: Ticket to the Tamda Promo 2026 Final Gala Evening

4. Tamda Promo 2026 Coupon

The Tamda Promo 2026 Coupon is designed specifically for this program, contains anti-counterfeiting security features, and is divided into 2 parts:

• "Drawing Section" (green color) – abbreviated as Drawing Ticket: The customer detaches this part and drops it into the respective weekly box for the drawing. (Note: These tickets, which are not drawn as winning or advancing to the finale in the given week, will subsequently be destroyed!!!)
• "Customer Section" (red color) – abbreviated as Control Ticket: The customer keeps this part for verification and checking purposes in case of a win or advancing to the finale (Gala Evening).

The Drawing Ticket is invalid in the following cases:

• Dropped into the wrong weekly box: (The Drawing Ticket must be dropped into the box designated for that specific week).
• If the Control Ticket (red part) is dropped into the box instead of the Drawing Ticket, or if both parts of the coupon are dropped into the box at once (undivided coupon).
• Tickets that are not 100% intact, show signs of repair, overwriting, erasing, or are glued together from multiple parts.
• Tickets for which barcodes/numerical codes or security features cannot be verified and matched.

The above invalid Drawing Tickets will not be recognized as winning, even if they are drawn!!!

II. How to Participate in Tamda Promo 2026

1. For customers shopping directly at Tamda supermarkets in Prague, Brno, and Ústí nad Labem

• Tamda Promo 2026 Coupons are issued to customers for purchases in the period from 23.03.2026 to 31.05.2026, provided the total receipt amount is 5,000 CZK or more!
• For every 5,000 CZK (including VAT) of goods value on a single receipt, the customer receives 1 coupon for the drawing.

Example: If the amount for goods on one customer receipt is:

• less than 5,000 CZK: the customer receives no Tamda Promo 2026 coupon
• 5,000 CZK – 9,999 CZK: the customer receives 1 Tamda Promo 2026 coupon
• 10,000 CZK – 14,999 CZK: the customer receives 2 Tamda Promo 2026 coupons
• …………………………………………
• The cashier hands over the corresponding number of Tamda Promo 2026 coupons based on the amount stated on the receipt.
• The customer must detach the green part (Drawing Ticket) from the coupon and drop it into the weekly box located in Tamda supermarkets. The customer keeps the red part (Control Ticket).
• All issued Tamda Promo 2026 coupons are paired in the system with the specific corresponding receipt.

Notice:

• Tamda Promo 2026 coupons are not issued for orders created directly through the sales department.
• Tamda Promo 2026 coupons are not issued for the purchase of goods at the tobacco counter.

2. Rules for customers ordering via the Tamda Express service on the website: www.tamdaexpress.eu

• Tamda Promo 2026 coupons will be confirmed and sent to customers who place an order in the period from 21.03.2026 (00:00) to 29.05.2026 (24:00)
• For every 6,000 CZK of goods value on a single receipt, the customer receives 1 coupon for the drawing.

Example calculation of the number of coupons:

• less than 6,000 CZK: the customer receives no Tamda Promo 2026 coupon.
• 6,000 CZK – 11,999 CZK: the customer receives 1 Tamda Promo 2026 coupon.
• 12,000 CZK – 17,999 CZK: the customer receives 2 Tamda Promo 2026 coupons.
• ……………………………………….

All Tamda Promo 2026 coupons are paired in the system with the specific corresponding invoice/receipt for the goods after being handed over to the customer.

Procedure for handing over Tamda Promo 2026 coupons for orders via the Tamda Express service:

• Tamda Express service employees will generate a number of Tamda Promo 2026 coupons corresponding to the order value on the invoice and split each coupon into two parts.
• A Tamda employee will drop the Drawing Ticket into the weekly box, and this action will be documented with photos.
• A Tamda employee will hand over the Control Ticket to the customer upon delivery of the goods (with signature).

In case the customer wishes to receive the Tamda Promo 2026 coupon intact (so they can personally drop the Drawing Ticket into the box):

• The customer must state this request in the note when sending the order.
• Tamda will hand over the corresponding number of undivided Tamda Promo 2026 coupons to the customer upon delivery of the goods (with signature).
• The customer will then detach and drop the Drawing Tickets into the weekly box themselves (and keep the Control Tickets) in accordance with the established rules.

III. Drawing and Handover of Weekly Prizes

1. Weekly Prize Drawing

• The drawing of weekly prizes will take place every Wednesday at 14:00 for the entire duration of the Tamda Promo 2026 program.
• Before the drawing begins, all Drawing Tickets from all weekly boxes (from individual branches) will be collected and mixed into one common weekly box.
• The course of each weekly drawing will be recorded and broadcast via a live livestream. Customers and viewers can watch the drawing live and subsequently verify the winning tickets on the YouTube channel and Facebook page (Fanpage) of Tamda Foods.
• During the weekly drawings, in addition to material prizes, 10 Lucky Tickets securing advancement to the final Gala Evening will also be drawn. The drawing of these tickets will be conducted by representatives of the sponsors for the given week.
• Prizes from weekly sponsors will be drawn by representatives from among Tamda's customers. The number and value of these weekly prizes depend on the donations provided by sponsors for the given period.

Weekly prizes are drawn in the following order:

• Third prize of the week: 3 winners are drawn; each gets 1× shopping voucher worth 5,000 CZK (paid as 1 voucher worth 5,000 CZK).
• Second prize of the week: 2 winners are drawn; each gets shopping vouchers with a total value of 10,000 CZK (paid as 2 vouchers of 5,000 CZK).
• First prize of the week: 1 winner is drawn; gets shopping vouchers with a total value of 25,000 CZK (paid as 5 vouchers of 5,000 CZK).
• 10 Lucky Tickets for advancement to the finale and participation in the Gala Evening – Tamda Promo 2026.

2. Weekly Rules

• The number of weekly prizes per customer is not limited; a customer has the opportunity to win more than one prize.
• In each weekly drawing, one customer can win a maximum of 1 Lucky Ticket for advancement to the Tamda Promo 2026 Gala Evening. If it is found during verification that a customer has won multiple such tickets in a single week, the organizer will only recognize the first one drawn, and substitute winners will be drawn for the remaining tickets from among other customers.
• During all 10 weeks of drawings, one customer can win a maximum of 3 Lucky Tickets entitling them to participate in the Gala Evening. If a customer wins more than 3 such tickets, only the first three will be recognized, and another winner will be drawn for the rest.
• Within 7 days of announcing the weekly results, the organizer will contact the winners using their registered contact details. Winners can also contact the organizer themselves by calling +420 778 507 383 or emailing [email protected] to claim the prize.
• If the organizer fails to contact the winner within 7 days, or if the winner fails to present a valid Control Ticket, the drawing result will be annulled. Such canceled or unclaimed prizes will subsequently be used as prizes in Minigames on Facebook.

3. Claiming Weekly Prizes

• After the announcement of results, the organizer will contact the winner to verify, validate, and agree on the time and place of handing over the prize.
• The customer must present or send the organizer the original Control Ticket (not just a photograph) with a numerical series that matches the number of the drawn ticket. The organizer will check the ticket and keep it before handing over the prize.
• Place of receipt: In the event that a customer provides a valid winning Control Ticket but cannot come to the Tamda supermarket in Prague:
  • The prize will be delivered to the nearest Tamda branch, where the winner can pick it up: either at a Tamda supermarket or via the Tamda Express service.
  • If the winner cannot collect the prize in person, they can authorize another person to collect it. This person must present an officially authenticated power of attorney!

Notice:

• Winners of prizes worth 10,000 CZK and more are required to tax the prize themselves under income tax.
• Detailed information is continuously updated on the website: www.tamdafoods.eu/promo2026.

4. Rules for Using Weekly Prizes - Shopping Voucher worth 5,000 CZK

Conditions for using the shopping voucher:

• The shopping voucher can be used exclusively for paying for purchases at Tamda supermarkets or via the Tamda Express service. It applies to the entire assortment of goods.
• The voucher can only be used once for payment and must be exhausted in full. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can the unspent balance of the voucher value be returned in cash!!!

Validity Period:

• The shopping voucher has a validity period clearly stated on the voucher. After this period expires, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be used further.
• Tamda is not responsible for situations where the customer fails to use the shopping voucher within the specified period.

How to Apply the Shopping Voucher

• At Tamda supermarkets:
  • When paying for the purchase, the customer must present the shopping voucher at the checkout. The cashier will verify the voucher, collect it, and deduct its value from the total purchase amount.
• When purchasing via the Tamda Express service:
  • When sending the order, the customer must state in the note: "Payment by shopping voucher", so Tamda can prepare the necessary requirements before delivery.
  • Upon delivery of the goods, the customer presents the shopping voucher to the driver. The driver checks it, deducts the value from the invoice, and keeps the voucher.
  • Each shopping voucher can be used only once.
  • Within a single transaction (a single purchase), multiple shopping vouchers can be used simultaneously.
  • If the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer pays the difference in cash or via another payment method (e.g., transfer).
  • In the event that the purchase value is lower than the voucher value, the difference is not returned in any form.

Restrictions on Using the Shopping Voucher

• • The shopping voucher cannot be used to pay fees beyond the value of the goods themselves. This includes, for example: deposits for pallets and crates, fees for lost pallets, invoice printing fees, and other incidental fees incurred during a purchase at supermarkets or via Tamda Express.

Invalidity of the Shopping Voucher

• • The voucher is invalid if it is not intact, is overwritten, torn, or taped together.
  • The voucher is invalid in case of a violation of the rules of use, such as presenting a copy, a forgery, or if its validity has expired.

Responsibility of the Voucher Holder

• • The customer is responsible for checking and securely storing the shopping voucher. Tamda is not liable in case of loss, damage, or unauthorized copying of the voucher.

Change of Conditions

• • Tamda reserves the right to change, supplement, or cancel the rules for using shopping vouchers without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the company's website.

Dispute Resolution

• • Any disputes relating to the use of shopping vouchers will be resolved in accordance with legal regulations and Tamda's internal rules. If necessary, the winner may file a complaint via the hotline or in writing.

IV. Drawing and Handover of Main Prizes

1. Final Drawing Gala Evening 19. 6. 2026

• This is a significant event organized at a festive and professional level.
• It will include unique, dynamic, and attractive artistic performances.
• A diverse and rich gastronomic program is prepared.
• The event will be attended by 100 lucky finalists, program partners, representatives of the Tamda holding management, and selected guests of honor.
• The Gala Evening will be broadcast live on the YouTube channel and Facebook page of Tamda Foods.

2. Rules of the Gala Evening

• Customers holding Lucky Tickets entitling them to participate in the finale will receive an official invitation from the organizer. Each invitation is valid for 1 person. The customer is required to confirm their attendance to the organizer via the phone number or email provided in the invitation.
• Finalists must have with them the Control Ticket (red) that was drawn for advancement. In case of loss of this ticket, the customer can attend the event, but loses the right to the prize if drawn, because without the Control Ticket, verification cannot be performed!
• If a finalist cannot attend in person, they may authorize another person to attend and receive the prize. They must notify the organizer of this fact in advance, and the power of attorney must bear an officially authenticated signature. The representative must carry the power of attorney as well as the winner's Control Ticket.
• When announcing the win, the organizer will read the number of the drawn ticket. If the winner does not come forward after three calls or fails to present a valid Control Ticket, the result will be annulled and a redraw will take place.

3. Drawing for the Main Prizes of Tamda Promo 2026

• 100 Drawing Tickets of the advancing finalists will be checked and placed in the box before the eyes of guests, sponsors, and partners.
• A representative of the main sponsor will personally draw the lucky winners of the main prizes.
• The drawing will take place sequentially for these 3 vehicles:
  • Mercedes-Benz GLB Progressive 200d – black
  • Mercedes-Benz GLB Progressive 200d – blue
  • Mercedes-Benz GLB Progressive 200d – red

Notice:

• The customer will receive exactly the vehicle (color) that was drawn for them (exchange is not possible).

4. Handover of the Main Prizes of Tamda Promo 2026

• The ceremonial handover of the 3 cars will take place immediately after settling the necessary legal formalities following the end of the Gala Evening.
• The place and time of the vehicle handover will be announced by the organizer to the winners personally.
• The winners of the main prizes are obliged to tax the prize themselves (income tax).
• Binding conditions for car winners:
  • The Tamda Promo 2026 promotional wrap must remain on the car for a minimum of 2 years from the date of handover.
  • The obligation to use a custom license plate (determined by the organizer) for promotion purposes. The winner will provide cooperation in arranging this and cover the costs of this plate; at the same time, they commit to using it for at least 2 years.
  • To secure the above obligations, the car winner will deposit a refundable security deposit of 50,000 CZK to the organizer before taking over the main prize.
  • After 2 years, the winner will arrive with the car at one of the Tamda branches, where the deposit will be returned after checking compliance with the above obligations.

V. Final Provisions

• By participating in the program, each customer agrees to its rules and commits to strictly following them. Participants (in the case of legal entities, their representing persons) explicitly agree that the organizer has the right to use the participant's name, surname, and registered address free of charge, and for legal entities, the company name, IČO, and registered address. All this information may be used in the media (including the Internet), in promotional and marketing materials of the organizer related to the program and to the products and services of the organization. Participants further agree to the capturing and publication of their audio and video recordings (or recordings of their representatives) for a period of 2 years from the end of the program.
• The organizer reserves the right to change, shorten, extend, cancel, or modify the program rules at any time. All changes will be made in writing in the form of numbered amendments and published on the website www.tamdafoods.eu/promo2026 .
• The organizer is not liable for non-delivery, delay, or loss of prizes. Prizes that cannot be delivered to the winner are forfeited to the organizer, who has the right to decide on their further use.
• The results of the drawing are final and cannot be appealed. The organizer has the right to replace the announced prize with another prize of similar value and nature, as well as to change the conditions of handover, especially if the prize cannot be provided in accordance with the drawing rules. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other material benefits.
• The winner is obliged, in accordance with Act No. 586/1992 Coll., to report the income from this prize in their tax return and bears full responsibility for the payment of income tax.
• The organizer bears no liability for any risks or damages that might incur to the participant during participation in the program or when receiving the prize. The organizer has no other obligations towards the participants beyond the rules of the Tamda Promo 2026 program.
• The depiction of prizes in promotional materials (leaflets, posters, web, etc.) is illustrative only and may not exactly match the actual appearance of the prize. The organizer has the right to verify the fulfillment of all conditions of participation. The organizer or an authorized person has the right to exclude any participant who violates the rules, acts unethically, attempts fraud, damages the good name of the organizer in the media, or is suspected of such conduct. In such a case, there is no right to any compensation for costs or damages. The right to exclusion applies even if fraudulent conduct in favor of the participant is committed by a third party.
• The organizer is not liable for technical problems associated with the electronic transfer of data. In case of doubt regarding compliance with the conditions, the burden of proof rests with the participant.
• The promoter (organizer) of the program – TAMDA FOODS s.r.o., headquartered at Libušská 319, 142 00 Prague 4 – Písnice, ID: 27160840, commits to processing the personal data of participants fully in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.
